Tax incentive lures Blockbuster to county

Blockbuster, the movie rental chain that was acquired last year by DISH Network Corp., announced April 23 that it will close its offices in McKinney, Texas, and shift 150 management positions to the Meridian International Office Park northeast of Interstate 25 and Lincoln Avenue. The transition will occur over the summer.
